NOTE: These FREE workouts are taken from the anime as accurately as possible based on the information given in the anime and altered or expanded on if needed (equivalent exercises are given in some cases). These workouts are intended for fun and ideas in your own training. Sets, reps and time frames are based on the anime show unless the show doesn't specify (in which case I make it up based on the rest of the training). Baki Hanma is the main protagonist of the Baki the Grappler franchise. He is the son of Yujiro Hanma, the legendary Strongest Creature on Earth, and the half-brother of Jack Hanma. Baki is a martial artist who is determined to surpass his father's strength. He has trained extensively since he was a child, and he has mastered a variety of fighting techniques. Baki is also a very intelligent fighter who is able to adapt his strategy to his opponent's strengths and weaknesses.
